Custom-made corner piece built to be removable Incase this new seakeeper ever had to be pulled back out.

Pursuit C238

Vents installed in the wrong spot creating a huge outwards crease from rubrail to waterline. Relocated vents fiberglassed the old holes shut. Faired and re gel coated. Like it never happened.

Exhaust Stack

Final product after decals installed and mounted on the yacht. Everyone involved did an amazing job.

Duck Season California Skiff

Now I know all you guys see is an empty trailer but believe me there is a boat on it. Carolina skiff painted up for duck season. Now I went a step farther. For the best detail you want sharp lines. So I built a steel frame to press the stencil around the body lines tight and added a second tone of green for highlights. I must say it came out nice

Deane's sailfish top. Vibrations over time cause the tops to split on the edge. Step by step repair photos.

Busted Swim Platform

Bringing a busted up swimming platform back to life after someone else’s attempted repair. Fist two pics are before and after and then the rest is step by step.

Grinding off all of the attempted repairs and then the original gelCoating. After down to fiberglass repairing one split in the glass. Filling with chop strand and then finish glass. Sanding shape then applying layers of gelcoat to get back to factory thickness. Final coat of color applied and then finally wet sanded and buffed.

05 Glasstream

This 05 glasstream needed a custom box built for a new 12in Garmin screen. Here are some step by step photos making every piece, shaping the structure, wrapping in fiberglass, applying gelcoat hide, blocking smooth, tinting gelcoat for color match and final spray, adding vents for heat release and final mount.

Swim Platform Railing

Before and afters on this swim platform. Stainless rail support busted beyond repair. So we created a mold from the opposite side and you can guess the rest.
